Quick post today for The Crew's Miniman.
Now a quick note - I don't throw up random workouts on the site without a bit of a background explanation for it's purpose.
This warm up is something we have been tampering with lately as a recovery option, warm up and just a GPP daily activity option. For Miniman this is his pre-competition warm up and for use between rounds of his sport. This was ideal as his sport utilises a lot of unilateral and overhead work so it gives his body a decent prep without draining him for his event.
